Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Novyn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Novyn platform at novyn.pstepanov.dev.

Access to Novyn requires a valid license key purchased through Gumroad. Your license grants you:

• One personal, non-transferable account for the duration of your license period (3 months).
• Unlimited AI resume generations during your active license period.
• Access to all platform features including ATS optimization, cover letters, interview prep, and Notion integration.
• Permanent access to the Novyn Notion template included with your purchase.

Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or used by multiple individuals. One license key activates exactly one account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for any usage costs incurred through your own Gemini API key.
• You agree not to use Novyn for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform.

Novyn uses Google Gemini (via your personal API key) to generate resumes, cover letters, and other career content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. Novyn does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.

You must provide your own Google Gemini API key to use AI features. By providing your API key, you authorize Novyn to use it to make API requests on your behalf within the platform. You are responsible for all costs associated with your API usage and for complying with Google's Gemini API terms of service.

The Notion integration is optional. By connecting your Notion workspace, you authorize Novyn to read and write data to your Notion pages as configured. You can disconnect this integration at any time from your account settings.

Your Novyn license is valid for 3 months from the date of activation. After expiration, your account access will be restricted until you purchase and activate a new license key. Your data is retained for 90 days after expiration before being subject to deletion. There are no automatic recurring charges — renewal is always manual.

Due to the digital nature of the product and the license-key activation model, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact us at support@novyn.pstepanov.dev and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Novyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in job offers or employment. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novyn and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or costs incurred through third-party API usage.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Novyn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
